A separate license is needed for each individual user who is using the
TagSpaces Pro or Enterprise versions. You can install a copy of the
application on up to 3 of your computers (at work and at home, on your
Windows, Mac and Linux) as long as you are the one using the app.
Exception is made for your family members, they can use your copy of the
application for non commercial purposes.
If you are buying TagSpaces PRO or Enterprise for a company, you will need one license for every person in the company who will use the application.

Each product purchase gives you a license to use the current version of
the program forever and includes one full year of free updates.
After the one year expires you may wish to renew your license in order to obtain an additional year of free updates. This can done by just purchasing a new license for the application. Please keep in mind that your existing version will continue to work.

On every start, the application will check automatically if a new
version is available (this check can be disabled in the settings). If so
a message similar to the following screenshot will appear in the bottom
right corner of the app. Clicking on the 'Get now' button will open a
link in your default web browser from where you can download the newest
version.
If you have purchased TagSpaces PRO you will receive an email informing
you that a new version is available. You will be able to download the
newest version of the application from the download links you have
received in the email you have received after the purchasing.

Yes, students and academic institutions get 30% discount on our yearly
PRO license. Just send us a
copy of your student ID or contact us from your university email and we
will provide you a discount code. The discount code can be applied only
for the single payment and not for the subscription.
Please use our

functionality. Here you can adjust the number of licenses you want to
purchase dynamically.
